Your responsibilities may include: * Participate in microarchitecture definition and implement logic blocks and data paths * RTL coding and debug using SystemVerilog and industry-standard tools * Support synthesis, timing analysis, and timing-closure activities * Participate in design reviews, sign-off processes, and tapeout preparation * Collaborate with Verification and Emulation teams on test plans, coverage reviews, and debug * Assist with quality and reliability validation * Work cross-functionally with Product Definition, Verification, Software, and Physical Design teams You’ll contribute across multiple stages of the chip development cycle - from architecture and coding to validation and production - while working on hardware deployed at massive scale. Basic Qualifications - BSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering / Computer Science - Knowledge of Verilog and SystemVerilog - Strong communication and collaboration skills - Fluent English Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and Tcl - Experience collaborating with Verification teams - Familiarity with industry-standard protocols such as AXI, PCIe, Networking, Encryption, or Storage - Exposure to the end-to-end chip development lifecycle, from design through validation and production - Familiarity with UVM-based verification environments Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
