Responsibilities: Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities. Supervise and engage with children during playtime and learning activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Support children’s emotional and social development through positive reinforcement. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall learning experience. Assist with daily routines, including meal preparation and nap times. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Early Childhood Education preferred. Previous experience in childcare or a related field is a plus. CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children. Background check and clearances required. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
