Chief Solution Ambassador
Location: Northern Europe (Flexible within region) Reporting to: Head of Strategy for North-Western Europe Organisation: Fsas Technologies Role Overview: Fsas Technologies is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Solutions Ambassador (CSA) to lead strategic sales initiatives across Northern Europe. This role is ideal for a commercially driven technologist with deep expertise in AI-driven solutions, enterprise IT architectures, advanced computing (Quantum, HPC) and solution selling. As CSA, you will shape market strategy, influence C-level decision-making, and accelerate adoption of cutting-edge technologies among large multinational enterprises and EU institutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business outcomes, driving transformational deals that position Fsas Technologies as a leader in next-generation computing. You will act as a bridge between our advanced technology offerings, our Sales organisations and our client’s business needs, leveraging your technology style insight to craft compelling value propositions and help close high-impact deals. 1. Key Responsibilities: · Solution Leadership: Translate advanced technical capabilities into clear business value propositions for C-level stakeholders. · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with country sales, product, engineering, and strategy teams to craft winning proposals and close high-impact deals. · Strategic Engagement: Build and nurture strong executive-level relationships with enterprise and EU institutional clients across sectors. · Market Development: Identify emerging market trends and customer needs to inform solution development. · Thought Leadership: Represent Fsas Technologies at industry events, conferences, and executive client briefings to reinforce market leadership. 2. Required Skills & Experience: · Proven experience 10+ years in strategic IT solution sales, ideally with a background as a CTO or senior technical leader. · An appreciative understanding of AI technologies, data architectures, and enterprise IT ecosystems. · Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage and influence with senior decision-makers in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. · Fluent in Dutch and English; additional Northern European languages (French or Finish) are a plus. · Willingness to travel across the region as needed (up to 50%) 3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): · Revenue Growth: Achieve or exceed assigned KPI for AI and IT solutions. · Client Acquisition: Number of new enterprise clients onboarded per quarter. · Pipeline Development: Volume and quality of qualified leads generated. · Pipeline Conversion: Percentage closed to expected Pipeline. · Client Retention & Expansion: Renewal rate and upsell success with existing clients. · Strategic Impact: Contribution to product strategy and market positioning. 4.
