Collaborate with the General Manager and senior leadership to develop, implement and monitor strategic plans that drive organizational growth and innovation with company objectivesOversee the execution of key projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and optimal resource allocationIdentify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiencyFoster a culture of collaboration and communication across departments, facilitating the seamless integration of technology solutions with business needs Act as a liaison between the General Manager and various teams to ensure alignment and synergyProvide comprehensive support to the General Manager, including preparing reports, presentations, and briefingsManage the General Manager's schedule and priorities, ensuring effective time management and focus on strategic activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leadersRepresent the organization at key events and meetings, advocating for our technology vision and initiatives Mentor and develop a high performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability and continous learning Support talent acquistion and retention efforts to build a diverse and skilled workforce
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizationsDemonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutionsAdvanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectivesProven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environmentsAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectivesStrong leadership and facilitation skills on cross-functional initiativesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsExperience as a proactive self-starter with strategic thinking and decision-making abilitiesExperience in leading cross-functional teams and fostering collaborationStrong management experience in developing and retaining top talent
