Skills and Requirements 8–12+ years of experience in strategy, program management, management consulting, or operational leadership roles within financial services (banking, credit union, payments, fintech, asset management, or insurance). Direct experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large‑scale integrations. Strategic thinking with hands‑on execution Program & portfolio management discipline Executive communication and storytelling Experience working within or alongside an Integration Management Office (IMO). Familiarity with financial‑services regulatory environments (e.g., risk management, compliance, audit, controls).
