We are seeking a strategic, hands-on Chief Marketing Officer to lead and evolve a high‑impact marketing function within a mission‑driven organization focused on improving outcomes for educators, schools, and students. This role is responsible for driving inbound demand, strengthening brand presence, and building integrated marketing campaigns that support long‑term growth and impact. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in inbound marketing, a strong command of HubSpot, and a proven ability to develop and lead high‑performing marketing teams. This leader will partner closely with executive leadership, sales, and program teams to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with organizational goals and values.

Key Responsibilities

Set and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports organizational growth, revenue goals, and mission impact

Lead and scale inbound marketing efforts across content, email, digital, events, and lifecycle marketing

Design, implement, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and qualified demand

Serve as the organization’s HubSpot expert, overseeing CRM strategy, automation, reporting, and data integrity

Translate data and performance insights into actionable recommendations and continuous improvement

Build, mentor, and supervise a high‑performing marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth

Partner cross‑functionally with sales, customer success, and program teams to align messaging, positioning, and go‑to‑market execution

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels, rooted in the organization’s educational mission and values

Proven ability to develop, coach, and manage marketing professionals across multiple disciplines

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence at the executive level
