Core Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive vision for MMA’s digital developmentLead the MMA’s digital transformation initiatives, driving organizational, functional, and technological changes.Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with business goals.Oversee technological innovation and adoption of new digital solutions to improve efficiency and competitiveness.Enhance customer engagement through digital channels.Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate digital initiatives and support informed decision-making.Define and track KPIs to measure digital transformation success and report progress to executive leadership.Manage technology budgets and optimize resource allocation.Identify and mitigate technology-related risks, ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations.Key Skills and Qualifications:
Deep digital technology expertise and understanding of digital trends.Strong strategic thinking and ability to align digital strategy with company vision.Leadership and communication skills to guide teams and engage stakeholders.Experience in change management and organizational transformation.Innovation mindset and collaborative leadership style.Business acumen to link digital initiatives with growth and efficiency.Master's degree in computer science, IT, business technology, or related fields.20+ years in senior leadership roles focused on technology or digital transformation.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $204,400 to $357,700.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
