**Job Title: Cherry Picker Operator** Job Description We are seeking skilled Cherry Picker Operators to join our team in one of our two distribution warehouses. Operators will work predominantly with Crown equipment, including sit-down forklifts, reach-trucks, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks. You will be actively engaged on the equipment nearly 100% of the day, with responsibilities for meeting daily and weekly metrics related to picking and staging outbound orders or handling incoming products. Training on inventory navigation and scanning systems will be provided. Occasionally, you may assist with labeling or other duties. Responsibilities + Operate sit-down forklifts, reach-trucks, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks. + Meet daily and weekly metrics for picking and staging orders. + Put away incoming products once received. + Navigate inventory systems and utilize scanning equipment. + Assist with labeling and additional tasks as needed. Essential Skills + 1+ years of experience with forklifts, specifically cherry pickers. + Ability to stand throughout the entire shift. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in a fast-paced distribution environment. + Familiarity with working from a pick sheet and maintaining a pick rate. + Experience with various forklifts, including reach trucks and clamp trucks. Shifts are available across three time slots: 1st Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday), 2nd Shift (2:30 pm - 11:00 pm, Monday to Friday), and 3rd Shift (9:30 pm - 6:00 am, Sunday to Thursday). The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elgin, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
