**Job Title: Cherry Picker Operator**
**Job Description**
Join our team as a Cherry Picker Operator in the receiving department, where you will be responsible for operating cherry pickers and using RF Scanners to efficiently put away and pull products for shipping. This role demands precision and attention to detail, contributing to the seamless operation of our warehouse.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate cherry pickers and forklifts in the receiving department.
+ Utilize RF Scanner systems to accurately put away and pull products for shipping.
+ Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in inventory management.
+ Engage in order picking and selection processes.
+ Participate in regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to ensure success.
**Essential Skills**
+ Experience with RF Scanners and cherry pickers.
+ Order picking and forklift operation skills.
+ Ability to read and write in English.
+ High School Diploma or GED.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
+ Preferred experience in computers and scanning equipment.
+ General warehouse experience, especially in the Picking department.
+ Ability to lift, carry, pull, and push up to 40-70 pounds frequently and 100 pounds occasionally.
+ Comfortable working at heights, with racking up to 15-20 feet.

**Work Environment**
Work in a dynamic distribution center for scientific equipment, serving schools, hospitals, and medical labs. Join a team of 100-120 professionals split into receiving, picking, and shipping departments. The shift is Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm, with an average of 45 hours weekly. Be prepared for extended days early in the week and stay until orders are completed. Comfort with heights is essential, as racking reaches 15-20 feet.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nazareth, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
