**Job Title: Reaction Operator** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Reaction Operator to join our team on the 2nd Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with opportunities for overtime. This role involves handling the precise filling and weighing of liquids and powders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to manufacturing formulas. Responsibilities + Utilize computer systems and manage related documentation. + Lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. + Fill liquids and powders into tanks with precision. + Use scales for accurate measurement of liquids according to formulas. + Operate forklifts to move products around the production floor. + Handle written compounder materials and ensure proper documentation. + Select appropriate tanks based on manufacturing requirements and batch sizes. + Pick and scan raw materials from the warehouse, ensuring lot number and quantity accuracy. + Stage and add materials to tanks as per work order instructions; forklift operation may be required. + Fill and pack orders, ensuring accurate weight and labeling as per sales order requirements. + Follow GMP and safety guidelines and procedures. + Be open to cross-training and assisting in various departments. Essential Skills + Experience with GMP, batching, production, mixing, and compounding. + Ability to operate a forklift, including stand-up and sit-down models. + Experience with machine operations, particularly Spray Dry machinery. + Capability to retrieve and manage raw materials in a warehouse setting. + Proficiency with ERP and handheld barcode scanners. + Experience in warehouse settings or logistics, with material handling equipment proficiency. + Must have prior experience in food or GMP environments with compounding, blending, and batching. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with safety protocols like Respirator Protection and Lock-out Training. + Attention to detail and comfort with reviewing batch records. + Comfort with working in environments with distinct smells.
