Location: McCook, IL
Pay: $21–$25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (48 hours/week, overtime potential)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Chemical Production Operator with a strong understanding of chemical processes and safety protocols. This role involves working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment as part of a collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities Add, mix, and monitor various chemicals according to established procedures Accurately record data such as ingredients, weights, temperatures, and batch status Load and unload tank trucks; fill containers of various sizes Maintain a safe work environment by reporting accidents, safety violations, or concerns Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goalsRequirements High school diploma or equivalent Ability to work any shift as needed Experience operating forklifts Basic computer and math skills Strong verbal and written communication skillsPhysical Requirements Ability to walk or stand for extended periods Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs Ability to climb steps and work outdoors Must wear all required safety gear
