**Location:** McCook, IL **Pay:** $21–$25 per hour (based on experience) **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (48 hours/week, overtime potential) **Position Overview** We are seeking a **Chemical Production Operator** with a strong understanding of chemical processes and safety protocols. This role involves working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment as part of a collaborative team. **Key Responsibilities** + Add, mix, and monitor various chemicals according to established procedures + Accurately record data such as ingredients, weights, temperatures, and batch status + Load and unload tank trucks; fill containers of various sizes + Maintain a safe work environment by reporting accidents, safety violations, or concerns + Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals **Requirements** + High school diploma or equivalent + Ability to work any shift as needed + Experience operating forklifts + Basic computer and math skills + Strong verbal and written communication skills **Physical Requirements** + Ability to walk or stand for extended periods + Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs + Ability to climb steps and work outdoors + Must wear all required safety gear ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
