**Job Title: Chemical Operator** **Job Description** Join a dynamic team involved in the manufacturing of specialized and polyurethane coatings, widely used in aviation, marine, and other industrial sectors. You will be responsible for mixing and batching ingredients to create over 80 topcoat colors. **Responsibilities** + Mix and batch ingredients according to batch records. + Utilize technology to efficiently mix batches. + Monitor machines and other equipment throughout the production process. + Handle and work with chemicals. **Essential Skills** + Experience in chemical mixing or batching, especially with paint or similar materials. + Proficiency in forklift operation. + Ability to maintain accurate batch records. + Skill in manual mixing and blending. + Attention to detail. + Experience in labeling. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Possess a great attitude. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Why Work Here?** This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to products that find their way into prestigious applications such as Cesna, Beach, and Boeing mega yachts.
