Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Cleanroom - Polymer Technician in Blue Ash, OH. This role involves working in a cleanroom environment, focusing on the preparation, operation, and packaging of polymer materials. The position offers a one-step interview process and is scheduled for a 3-month contract-to-hire, with shifts available from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Prepare raw materials for operation and packaging.Utilize computers to log data efficiently.Operate equipment on the production line as required.Conduct quality checks on products to ensure standards are met.Monitor equipment for optimal performance.Package final equipment for distribution.Move finished and packaged products to the staging area.

Essential Skills

Experience with chemical handling and mixing.Proficiency in production and blending techniques.Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).Capability to operate a production line and blender.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Must adhere to all safety procedures.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.Capability to stand for the entire shift, bend, walk, and climb stairs.Proficiency in reading and interpreting work orders in English.Minimum of 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in Chemical, Pharmaceutical, or Food Industries.

Work Environment

The work is conducted in a cleanroom setting, adhering to strict safety and cleanliness standards. The role requires standing for long periods and involves physical activities such as bending and lifting. The first shift operates from 7am to 3pm, and the second shift from 3pm to 11pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
