Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Manufacturing worker to join their team. You will be part of the production department supporting the chemical mixing and blending operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Chemical Mixer / Production Worker **Location:** Greenville, NC **Pay Range: $19.00** **Shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm** **What's the Job?** + Set up and operate mixing tanks, blenders, scales, pumps, granulators, fluid bed dryers, and other equipment. + Weigh and dispense liquid and powder ingredients into mixing equipment according to formulations. + Ensure raw materials are added correctly with the right weights and proper labeling. + Obtain and understand all documentation for making batches; ensure correct raw materials are used for each batch. + Clean and maintain equipment and work areas, adhering to safety standards. **What's Needed?** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + Must have manufacturing experience + Ability to read and comprehend written and oral instructions in English, including safety rules and operating procedures. + Ability to manipulate 55-gallon drums of chemicals and powder bags up to 100 lbs. + Good troubleshooting skills and mathematical aptitude for measurements. + Ability to drive a forklift; valid forklift certification preferred.
