**Job Title: Chemical Mixer** **Job Description** Join an oil & gas company specializing in the production of fluids for offshore drilling machines. As a Chemical Mixer, you will operate a chemical mixer/blender on the production floor, following detailed instructions to mix chemicals into machines. Comprehensive training will be provided. When not mixing chemicals, you will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift to move totes, and to unload and load trucks. The role requires the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. **Responsibilities** + Mix a high volume of chemicals to create specialty products. + Follow specific recipes accurately when mixing chemicals. + Operate a hilo (sitdown/standup - propane and electric) to move materials. + Drive a sit-down forklift to move totes within aisles and handle truck loading/unloading. **Essential Skills** + Experience in manufacturing and production. + Forklift experience, particularly with sit-down forklifts. + Ability to follow instructions for mixing chemicals. + Capability to lift up to 55 lbs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Background in chemical manufacturing. + Forklift certification is advantageous. + Experience with blending chemicals. + Ability to work efficiently and quickly. **Why Work Here?** We offer great benefits including dental, health, vision, and a 401k plan.
