Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking a hands‑on Chef Manager to lead daily culinary operations at a manufacturing plant in Decatur, Illinois. This role oversees all kitchen production, food quality, safety standards, and team leadership while delivering a consistent, employee‑focused dining experience.

What You'll Do

Oversee inventory, ordering, vendor relationships, and cost controls

Lead, train, and support a small culinary team in a fast‑paced environment

Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service

Drive operational efficiency and uphold Sodexo quality and service expectations
