Sodexo is seeking a dynamic Chef Manager to join our food services team at Lehigh Valley Hospital – CHA in Allentown, PA. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity within a healthcare environment where quality, safety, and patient experience are top priorities.

 

The Chef Manager will play a critical role in overseeing daily culinary operations while supporting both Patient Services and Retail Dining. This leader will ensure operational excellence, food quality, compliance, and team engagement across the department.

What You'll Do

Oversee day-to-day culinary and food service operations

Coordinate and manage operational tasks through subordinate managers, supervisors, and frontline staff

Support both Patient Services and Retail dining operations

Develop and maintain strong client and customer relationships, including comfort communicating in executive-level settings

Participate in strategic planning initiatives

Ensure full compliance with HACCP, regulatory requirements, and Sodexo standards

Create and sustain a positive, team-oriented work environment

Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
