ANASA at Conrad Dubai is a seasonal, alfresco dining destination located on Level 6, inspired by the timeless classics of Greek cuisine and the vibrant flavors of the Mediterranean. Rooted in authenticity, simplicity, and quality, ANASA celebrates honest cooking, fresh ingredients, and refined execution.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie who understands Mediterranean cuisine at its core and takes pride in delivering food that is thoughtful, consistent, and crafted with care.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality Greek and Mediterranean dishes, while supporting smooth kitchen operations and maintaining the standards expected of a luxury hotel environment.
What you will be doing:
Prepare and present authentic Greek and Mediterranean dishes in line with ANASA’s culinary standardsSupport daily kitchen production and service, ensuring consistency, quality, and timingPrepare mise en place for all relevant menus with strong attention to freshness and detailMaintain a clean, organized work area with strict hygiene standards and zero cross-contaminationEnsure ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in line with food safety regulationsRespond positively and professionally to guest feedback and special requestsSupport food cost control initiatives and contribute to departmental financial targetsWork closely with the culinary team and other departments to ensure smooth daily operationsReport maintenance, hygiene, and safety concerns promptlyComply with hotel security, fire regulations, and food safety legislationActively support departmental goals, sustainability practices, and team development
