What will I be doing?
Regular training'sEnsure all food preparation meets standardsPrepare and present high quality foodSupervise staffPrepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menusAssist Head Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures
What are we looking for?
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a fine dining restaurant, Michelin experience preferred.Ability and desire to motivating TeamExcellent communication skillsPositive attitudeAbility to work on own or in teams
