Chase Wealth Management - Field Finance Vice President

As the Field Finance Vice President supporting Chase Wealth Management, you will play a critical role in partnering with the field organization of over 5,000 Private Client Advisors and supporting the Chase Wealth Management CEO. You will work closely with divisional and regional field leadership to provide financial reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations, acting as a finance partner in day-to-day business management. Your responsibilities will include reinforcing the firm’s business model for generating customer value, driving both financial and non-financial results, and collaborating with the broader Finance & Business Management teams to help field leadership achieve common objectives through our extensive branch distribution network.

Job responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to the Regional Directors, providing clarity on how to best use analytics to gain insights, evaluate metrics, and drive resultsCollaborate with the Field Finance & Business Management team to provide strategic analytical and business management support for the Wealth Management business, with the responsibility for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the division’s and region’s performance from every relevant perspectiveLeverage a deep understanding of business and financial principles and a working knowledge of key business drivers to coordinate, assess and help execute the long-term goals and priorities of the field leadership teamMaintain budget and forecast for field HC and expense; help drive expense management in the fieldPerform ad hoc analysis in support of financial and strategic goalsPrepare business review materialsOptimize 'bottom line' performance by creating and analyzing performance tracking and reportingContribute to national initiatives

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor's degree5+ years relevant Financial Services experienceOutstanding written and verbal communicationProficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial applicationsKnowledge and understanding of financial principles and ability to link results to activitiesAbility to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships across the organizationStrong personal management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple (and changing) project deliverables at same timeBusiness savvy and commercial judgmentSome travel may be required
