Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) de Marketing et Communication (H/F) basé(e) à Paris-La Défense. Contrat CDD Avril - Aout 2026
Description de la mission : Intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe Marketing & Communication Marsh Risk et Mercer France qui compte une dizaine de personnes, vous aurez comme mission principale de participer à la visibilité de Mercer sur nos activités Gestion des Talents et Transformation RH.
Vous accompagnerez et développerez les activités Marketing & Communication, contriburez à la rétention de nos clients et à la génération de leads en réponse aux objectifs commerciaux.
Vos missions s’articuleront autour des projets suivants :
Participation à la définition du plan marketing & communication annuel
Analyse de l’environnement de marché et veille
Conception d’offres, supports commerciaux, enquêtes, thoughtleadership, …
Campagnes multicanales : web, réseaux sociaux, emailing, …
Organisation de webinar, d’évènements, de salons, …
Relations avec nos partenaires et prestataires externes
Approche ROIste de l’ensemble des actions
Alignement continu avec les équipes commerciales
Animation de sites Web et réseaux sociaux
Suivi budgétaire
Accompagnement des relations presse en lien avec notre Responsable Media
Le poste offre une vision très large du marketing et de la communication dans l’univers du Conseil sur le marché B2B.
Profil :
Vous disposez d’une 1ère experience dans une fonction Marketing & Communication, idéalement en Conseil.
Vous êtes orienté(e) clients et résultats, vous disposez d’un bon relationnel, et aimez travailler en équipe.
Un bon niveau d’anglais est indispensable pour ce poste.
