Keywords Studios Asia is currently looking to expand its team. We're seeking Character Artists with AAA game development experience.  These opportunities are located in either Malaysia, or Indonesia (Remote). This is a permanent, full time position.

We've secured an exciting AAA IP project and anticipating further project announcements early in 2026. You'll get to work alongside seasoned developers bringing expertise from world class AAA studios

At Keywords Studios we are looking for an accomplished, enthusiastic and self-motivated Character Artist to join our team working on an exciting, new and unannounced project.

What you will do:

Creation of realtime 3D Character, Vehicle and Environment assets.Work closely with the Lead Artist to ensure the visual target is met or exceeded.Work within the engine to preview, iterate, optimize and polish assets to a quality bar and visual direction agreed with stakeholders, while respecting the technical requirements.Actively participate in technical and aesthetic problem-solving discussions.Review assets produced by outsource teams and provide technical and aesthetic feedback.Provide guidance and assistance whenever required to outsourcing vendors.Maintain a consistent quality of work while staying on schedule.Help the production team with tasks breakdown, prioritization and assignment among the art team.Maintain visibility of progress and where areas of production need assistance.
