  Chapter Lead Testing (m/f/d)

 

We are looking for an experienced and talented Chapter Lead Testing (m/f/d) to strengthen our team. Based on product design specifications, you will be responsible for the final verification of requirements for medical products. Additionally, you will have personnel responsibility for a team of test managers and testers.

Your Responsibilities:

Technical and personnel leadership of the chapter's employees

Definition of test strategies, processes, and the tools used

Recruitment, selection, and commissioning of external service providers

Planning and technical management of system testing for dental products

Translating system requirements into test specifications

Planning of test environments and test automation

Documentation of identified defects using a bug tracking tool

Preparation of test documentation in compliance with processes

Your Profile:

Successfully completed engineering degree and several years of experience in test management, including requirements testing

Good knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g. Jira, Polarion)

Proficient in using PC software, networks, and databases (e.g. SQL)

Basic knowledge of a scripting language (e.g. Python)

Strong communication skills, systematic and goal-oriented work style

Good written and spoken German and English

Leadership experience (both technical and disciplinary) is desirable
