Implement the company's marketing strategy, develop dealers, maintain and optimize the distributor system; To develop channel distribution networks and improve product market-share in second- and third-tier cities. + 负责经销商的谈判、合同签订以及内部相关流程的沟通与协调. Responsible for dealer negotiation, contract signing and communication and coordination of internal related processes. + 与合规部门配合完成分销商资质评估、审核,建立经销商资质审核与评估体系。 Work with the company compliance to complete daily DD review for distributor and establish a dealer qualification review and evaluation system. + 日常事务的管理维护工作,协议续签、返利计算、渠道供货等; Manage and maintain the daily affairs, including the dealer agreement renewal, rebate calculation; follow up the supply requirements of dealer, etc. + 组织协调公司销售、市场人员定期与经销商回顾业务进展,指导和培训经销商的市场推广活动. Organize and coordinate with sales and marketing dept to review the business progress with the dealers regularly; To guide and train the dealers' marketing activities. + 与培训团队配合对经销商及其团队提供专业培训,建立经销商培训体系.
