Edwards Lifesciences is the leading global structural heart innovation company, driven by a passion to improve patient lives. With millions of patients served in over 100 countries, each team makes a meaningful contribution by improving patient outcomes and delivering lasting solutions for unmet patient needs. Our Channel Operations Manager position is a unique career opportunity that could be your next step toward an exciting future.
In alignment with Edwards’ EEMEA regional business strategy and channel framework, you will lead the strategic governance and optimization of distributor partnerships across business units (BUs) — driving unified processes, performance management, and cross‑functional collaboration with Distributor Sales Managers (DSMs) to support sustainable growth and operational excellence.
How you’ll make an impact:
Develop and implement the EEMEA channel strategy aligned with corporate and regional priorities.
Lead the distributor governance model across BUs to ensure unified processes, policy compliance, and consistent performance management.
Partner with DSMs on cross‑BU initiatives to align distributor engagement, accountability, and day‑to‑day coordination.
Evaluate potential distributors and support BUs with assessment and onboarding in existing or new markets.
Consolidate distributor performance insights (KPIs, commitments, pipeline, inventory, contractual adherence) and support DSMs in addressing underperformance, including escalation when required.
Analyze inventory, sales trends, and channel behavior to support informed, data‑driven decisions and optimization actions.
Contribute to the development and improvement of channel policies (pricing, rebates, incentives, promotions, documentation) and monitor their adoption across BUs.
Partner with BU leaders and Marketing on the channel value proposition, and provide interim performance and compliance updates with recommended adjustments.
Ensure distributor adherence to Edwards’ regulatory, quality, forecasting, and reporting standards.
Coordinate strategic distributor meetings (annual reviews, planning sessions, cross‑BU workshops) and act as a central point of contact for channel‑related activities.
Build partnerships with key distributors by leveraging cross‑BU insights to identify growth opportunities and synergies.
Maintain strong knowledge of EEMEA market dynamics, regulations, and competition, and translate insights into recommendations for market entry, distributor optimization, and channel evolution.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
Strong project management leadership skills.
