Channel Operation Assistant-渠道部运营助理

This Position reports to:

Channel Manager


 

Responsibilities 

Support to Department Manager 

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, arranging travel, and conducting data collection, consolidation, and basic research to support decision-making and reporting. Organize internal meeting, and support external channel meetings, channel conference, channel training and workshops, prepare agendas and take meeting minutes as required. Support annual channel partner’s training certification work. The organization of training and the calculation of examination results Support the data analysis required for channel supervisors to visit partners Document preparation, stamping and daily communication for the renewal, new signing and termination of all channel partners Draft and distribute department internal notices and official correspondences, etc. 

Office Administration 

Provide logistics support  Data collaboration, financial data organization, monthly/weekly report submission Serve as the site owner for department SharePoint site, managing user access and permissions. Act as contact window, to liaise with company Marcomm, Admin, HSE, labor union, etc. 

Commercial Support 

Support daily channel commercial process, including contract chop management, and documents checking & stamping. Support Iprocess system, SFDC, channel management system, data organization. Input, output and organize the related data from all of the system. 

Submit the channel data analysis form to manager regularly. 

Additional Duties 

Perform other business-related tasks assigned by the department manager. 

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in English, Administration, or other related majors. Over 5 years of relevant working experience in a multinational company. Good English language skills in both written and spoken. Team player with a high standard of integrity, self-motivation, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility. Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude. Able to be an effective contributor when working in a multi-cultural team environment.
