You will create channel strategies and channel understanding capabilities for the organisation to better understand how to grow in more strategic ways. Partnering with CBTs (Customer Business Teams), Marketing, Finance and Sales operations to develop plans for today and the future along with providing channel insights.

You will develop best in class data insights and channel strategies to help unlock the full growth potential for Mondelez.

How you will contribute

You will:

Manage the data insights we get for channel growth and how that data is analysed, interpreted and acted upon to develop channel growth strategiesCreate, maintain and develop Mondelez’s channel growth strategyWork with CBT’s, Category Planning, Marketing, Finance and Sales Operations to bring channel growth strategies to lifeManage the development of the sales fundamentals and tracking of theseHelp provide customer insights to customer teams with external dataPartner with CBT’s to create compelling selling storiesFeed in the Channel strategies into both the AC process and longer term growth planning

What you will bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:

Experience in customer service, logistics or sales supportBasic knowledge of sales systems and tools (including SAP and MS Excel)Solid communication and problem solving skillsAbility to handle and resolve multiple queries, respond quickly and maintain composure
