Change Management - Vice President

Job Summary:
As a Change Management Vice President in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO), you will set the vision for how we manage change to achieve desired outcomes across key CAO initiatives and ensure that our employees are prepared for changes. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, partner closely with senior leaders to craft change management strategies, and advise them through the execution of change plans across communications, content, learning, marketing, and measurement. You will also be responsible for building a repeatable process and tool for project pipeline management, including intake, tiering, and tracking.

 

Job responsibilities:

Define and implement change management strategies for CAO initiativesDeliver all elements of change management, including readiness plans, communications, training, and measurementAdvise and engage senior leaders and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycleDevelop and drive adoption of training and tools to enhance change management capabilitiesBuild and maintain a repeatable process for project pipeline management, including intake, prioritization, and trackingShape initiative roadmaps and prioritization through a change management strategy lensManage and develop direct reports to ensure effective and efficient completion of activities

 

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Minimum 7 years of experience in transformation or change management within an organization or consulting firmProven ability to lead strategic initiatives and deliver measurable resultsStrong skills in engaging senior leaders with clear, persuasive communicationAbility to synthesize information and tailor communications to meet the needs of various stakeholdersExperience in distilling complex challenges into actionable plansCollaborative and data-driven approach, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teamsAbility to manage multiple tasks and connect workstreamsDemonstrated ability to execute efficiently under tight deadlines and proactively seek support when needed

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

High proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, OneDrive, Excel, PowerPoint) and other collaboration toolsExperience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
