ROLE SUMMARY
The Change Management Lead will be responsible for spearheading and executing change management initiatives across the organization, driving successful adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural shifts. The role encompasses multiple areas of transformation, including but not limited to Digital, Operational, Business Model, Technology, Finance, Customer Experience, Strategic Transformation, and Organizational Transformation.

ROLE PROFILE

Strategy Development: Create and implement change management strategies that ensure smooth transitions and maximize employee adoption and usage.Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders across all levels of the organization to secure buy-in for change initiatives.Impact Analysis: Assess the impact of changes on various functions and develop mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.Internal Communications: Develop and execute internal communication strategies to keep employees informed and engaged during change initiatives.External Communications: Collaborate with the communications team to craft messages for external stakeholders about changes impacting the organization.Crisis Communication: Support the development of crisis communication strategies when changes lead to unforeseen challenges or concerns.Brand Alignment: Ensure all change-related communications align with the organization’s brand values and strategic goals.Change Implementation: Lead the end-to-end execution of change management projects, coordinating with other teams to integrate change activities.


REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in change management, with 2-3 years in a communications-related role.Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) is preferred.Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives and managing communication strategies in a corporate environment.Leadership: Ability to inspire and lead teams through periods of change and uncertainty.Strategic Thinker: Capable of aligning change initiatives with broader organizational objectives.
