Change Management & Communications Manager

We’re looking for a highly skilled Change Management & Communications Manager who excels at guiding organizations through change. In this role, you’ll help people understand, navigate, and embrace new ways of working—whether the change involves processes, technologies, structures, or culture. You’ll design and deliver clear communication strategies, build alignment across audiences, and support leaders in driving successful, sustainable transformation.
You Will Make an Impact By:
+ Lead the strategic communications approach for key organizational changes, ensuring employees understand the “why,” “what,” and “how” behind major initiatives.
+ Develop and execute change management strategies and plans that reduce risk, support adoption, and create a smooth transition for employees and leaders.
+ Craft compelling, audience focused communications—including key messages, campaigns, presentations, FAQs, and other materials that make complex changes easier to understand.
+ Partner closely with stakeholders across all levels, aligning leaders, enabling managers, and ensuring teams are aware, engaged, and prepared for what’s ahead.
+ Conduct change impact assessments to understand how shifts will affect roles, processes, and behaviors—and translate those insights into actionable communication and engagement plans.
+ Support culture evolution, organizational design updates, and HR policy alignment where needed, ensuring messaging is consistent, clear, and empathetic.
+ Plan and support business readiness activities, making sure all communications, resources, and touchpoints prepare employees for go live and beyond.
Skills You Bring:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, a degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.
+ 8+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or a related field. You know how to guide people through change in different work environments.
+ Experience leading communications within large‑scale change initiatives, with a strong understanding of change management principles and employee engagement strategies.
+ Exceptional communication skills—written, visual, and verbal—with the ability to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. (Writing samples may be requested.)
+ Strong executive presence, with the confidence and tact to work effectively with senior leaders and influence decision making.
+ Strategic thinker who can also manage details, timelines, and deliverables with precision.
+ Creative problem solver who brings fresh ideas and practical solutions to communications and change challenges.
We are interested in a qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we will not be sponsoring work visas for this position, at this time.
Salary Pay Range: $100,414-$186,482 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
