**Job Title:** Change Management and Communications Lead III **Location:** Calgary, AB (Hybrid) Our client is seeking a Change Management and Communications Lead III to join their team. As a Change Management and Communications Lead III, you will be part of the Change Management department supporting various workstreams. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Description:** + Support workstream Leads and Project teams to develop detailed change management plans that drive effective sponsorship, training, and communications. + Conduct detailed stakeholder impact analysis, validate impacts, and gather and monitor stakeholder feedback. + Develop key messages for leader communications and employee engagement events, addressing both technical and non-technical groups. + Liaise with other business functions and integrate with cross-functional support teams to ensure alignment in messages, processes, and deliverables. + Gather, analyze, and report on change management data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results. **Qualifications:** + Post-secondary degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, or Education. + PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Designation, or equivalent. + 7-10 years of broad business experience with 5+ years in Change Management. + In-depth knowledge of current change management methodologies, principles, practices, processes, tools, and templates. + Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to diverse audiences. **What's in it for me?** + Opportunity to lead change initiatives in a dynamic environment. + Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals committed to driving organizational success. + Engage in meaningful work that impacts the organization and its stakeholders. + Develop your skills in change management and communications. + Work in a hybrid model that offers flexibility and work-life balance.
