**Job Title:** Change Management and Communications Lead

Our client is seeking a Change Management and Communications Lead to join their team. As a Change Management and Communications Lead, you will be part of the organizational support team, supporting large-scale transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and collaborative abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Design and lead change management strategies to embed technology, process, and cultural changes effectively.
+ Develop comprehensive change management plans and deliverables aligned with organizational methodologies.
+ Engage with diverse stakeholders to assess and manage complex change impacts across multiple business functions.
+ Build change capability within project teams and coach leaders on effective change sponsorship and engagement.
+ Create and deliver communication materials, including key messages, sponsor communications, and presentations to facilitate change adoption.
**Qualifications:**
+ Post-secondary degree in communications, business management, psychology, human resources, or education.
+ 7-10 years of experience in change management within complex organizations, especially for transformational initiatives requiring cultural change.
+ Change management certification (Prosci preferred).
+ Hands-on experience conducting change assessments, developing strategies, and managing resistance and sustainment plans.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
