**Boeing Defense, Space & Security** (BDS) is hiring for a **Experienced, Lead or Senior** **Change** **Integrator** (Level 3, 4 or 5) in **New Orleans, Louisiana, Kennedy Space Center, Florida, or Huntsville, Alabama** .
This role evaluates customer/operational needs to define system performance requirements, integrate technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces. Performs analyses to optimize total system of systems and/or system architecture. Performs analyses for affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, survivability, vulnerability, susceptibility, system security, regulatory, certification, product assurance and other specialties quality factors into a preferred configuration to ensure mission success. Supports the planning, organization, implementation and monitoring of requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management and technology readiness assessment processes.
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Supports the implementation and improvement of Configuration Management standards for product hardware and software throughout the product lifecycle
+ Process change control documents (such as Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), Change Documents (CDs), deviations, Engineering Orders (Eos), and others)
+ Conduct Program Control Boards (CCB)
+ Supports execution of changes in support of program execution and configuration management
+ Conducts research, compiles and analyzes performance reports and process control statistics to continuously improve process capability
+ Ability to work ship-side with manufacturing support and manufacturing build team
+ Provides additional CM / PLM support as needed for team success
+ Works under minimal direction
**This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.**
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):**
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
+ 1+ years of experience with maintaining and supporting process updates and engineering changes
+ 3+ years of experience in systems engineering (Systems, Design, Architecture, Integration, Requirements, or Test)
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Prior experience working with NASA
+ Experience with contract proposal preparation related to review and coordination of contract configuration management
+ Experience processing change control documents and leading change boards
+ Configuration management experience on NASA contracts
+ Experience with APDM / Windchill / CSDT / CPES

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary Pay Range: Experienced (Level 3): $112,200 - $151,800
Summary Pay Range: Lead (Level 4): $ 136,850 - $ 185,150
Summary Pay Range: Senior (Level 5): $ 164,900 - $ 223,100
