Chief Operating Office (COO)
Wells Fargo’s COO Chief Administrative Office (CAO) team consists of teams providing middle and back-office support for all five of Wells Fargo’s Lines of Business (Consumer Small & Business Banking, Consumer Lending, Wealth and Investment Management, Commercial Banking and the Corporate and Investment Bank) and Enterprise Functions.
Global Operations within COO, one of our primary supported partners, is responsible for refining processes and redesigning business operations by efficiently utilizing resources to exceed customer requirements and service. Working closely with the businesses they support, Global Operations drives efficiency and risk mitigation through process simplification, functional consolidation, automation, and effective controls. The Enterprise Change Delivery function within the Chief Administrative office supports Global Operations.

The Role: Change Delivery
Enterprise Change Delivery, part of the Chief Administrative office within the COO division supporting Global Operations, is seeking a strategically oriented and technically adept Change Delivery professional to support and lead the Global Operation Change Portfolio for Consumer Lending Operations group. This role will collaborate across Operations, Technology, Control, Risk & Compliance to effectively deliver on the organization’s key priorities leveraging best in class change management practices.
Overview: Seeking an experienced leader to drive end-to-end delivery of complex Products and Programs within a fast-paced, matrixed environment within Consumer Lending Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong Agile expertise, exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to manage large-scale initiatives across multiple lines of business.

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Project Management and Methodologies, Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
7 + years of progressive experience in Project, Product, and Program Management, with a strong background in Strategic Planning, Stakeholder Engagement at Senior leadership levels, and Executive reporting. Highly skilled in Agile delivery methodologies and adept at driving complex initiatives to successful completion. Extensive experience in end-to-end delivery leadership, including program execution from ideation to market launch.Strong background in change management and readiness, with ability to develop and implement plans ensuring compliance and sustainment.Proven ability to identify, escalate, and resolve risks, impediments, and dependencies across multiple teams.Skilled in executive-level reporting, data analysis, and effectively conveying strategic messages to senior stakeholders.Expertise in cross-functional collaboration, partnering with product managers, stakeholders, and governance bodies for strategic alignment.Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and proficiency with tools such as Jira and Confluence; ability to lead large-scale planning efforts.Exceptional leadership, facilitation, and communication skills with demonstrated executive presence.Strategic thinking skills to articulate complex problems, initiate action, and deliver creative solutions in dynamic environments.Experience with enterprise change management practices, risk mitigation strategies, and compliance standards.Ability to manage ambiguity, shifting priorities, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a matrixed Financial Services organization.Knowledge of Consumer Lending Operations (highly desirable).Proven track record managing large-scale products/programs across multiple business lines.

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
