Qualifications:

Bachelor's in accounting, finance, economics, or any other related field of study

Intermediate experience with Excel functions

Proficiency in typing

Internship in accounting, finance, or customer service nice to have

Job Description:

Manage and organize the department's email inbox for incoming U.S. invoices and ensure timely responses and appropriate follow-ups.Review and accurately enter all chain invoices received through mail, email, and other processes in SAP and other systems.Request and collect W-9's and new vendor setup documentation for new accounts as needed.Research and troubleshoot duplicate and problematic invoices.Provide customer service and support to the Claims team, internal departments, and MEC sales staff as needed.Provide miscellaneous support to Controller, Chain Accounting Manager, and Supervisors as needed.Perform additional duties as assigned.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
