About the Role
As an integral part of CG Europe, the Change Request Management Team will drive business activities and processes enabling an effective and efficient operation of Change Request management. The position owner leads a team of direct Change Request Managers, being responsible for the execution of Change Request Management across CAM’s for CG EU related projects.

This position will lead a team of about 8-15 members of Change Request Management experts across CG EU.

Bachelor Degree in engineering, business management or comparableTrack record as a successful team and project managerFundamental knowledge in terms of PLM methodologies, PM processes in project execution and project management especially of software development processesKnowledge of Change Request Management, Commercial ManagementDefining individual aims corresponding to general and program strategyExcellent collaboration, communication and problem-solving skills.What is Nice to Have
Project management or equal experience 10 years in Automotive R&DLeadership and management competenciesExcellent English and German communication and presentation skills.Broad intercultural experience and communication skills.Commitment to operational excellence.What Makes You Eligible
