Job Description
We are seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team. The role involves preparing prescription orders for dispensing, including filling, packaging, and labeling, as well as providing clerical support and managing inventory. This position supports pharmacists in an outpatient setting, ensuring efficient and accurate pharmacy services.
Responsibilities
Prepare prescription orders for dispensing, including filling, packaging, and labeling.Perform clerical filing tasks and entry of prescriptions.Manage inventory by restocking prescription and non-prescription areas and removing expiring products.Provide pharmacy services and support for pharmacists in an outpatient setting.Essential Skills
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB).Minimum of 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician in an outpatient or retail setting.Strong customer service and communication skills.Proficiency in computer use and data entry.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.Experience in a retail pharmacy environment is a plus.Familiarity with prescription filling, inventory management, and medication labeling.Work Environment
This role is based in an outpatient pharmacy located in Cleveland, OH. It is a full time, onsite role.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
