About the Opportunity:

Join our team as a full-scope Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM), enjoying a balanced schedule that typically includes one 24-hour hospital shift and two outpatient clinic days per week-giving you meaningful time with patients in both settings.Deliver comprehensive midwifery care to patients at our Chambersburg location, with opportunities to support nearby outpatient practices across Franklin County as needs arise-perfect for midwives who value continuity of care and community connection.Collaborate with a supportive, interdisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, and fellow nurse-midwives who value your voice and expertise. As a group, we average approximately 60 births per month at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital, offering a consistent yet manageable volume for developing strong clinical relationships and honing your full-scope midwifery skills.
