Key Responsibilities
Attend weekly classroom instruction, typically on Wednesdays from 7:30am to 4:00pm.
Participate in skills labs during the first three weeks, usually held on Fridays with some schedule variation.
Complete clinical rotations starting in week four, following standard 7:00am to 3:00pm shifts that include weekends.
Maintain reliable attendance across classroom, lab, and clinical components.
Complete required coursework, testing, and certification steps.
Provide supervised direct care and support to residents during clinical rotations.
Program and Certification Details
After classroom and lab phases, clinical rotations continue for about six weeks.
Participants take the state CNA exam and follow the registry steps afterward.
Graduates may work as CNAs in Long Term Care for up to four months while state registry activation is in progress, provided the program has been successfully completed.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a ninth-grade reading assessment (CASAS).
Successful completion of background screening and onboarding.
Commitment to three to five hours of study time per week outside regular work hours.
Ability to work scheduled weekend shifts during clinical rotations and CNA placement.
Program Expectations
This program is designed to fill CNA roles in our Long Term Care facilities.
Successful completion of all training components and reliable attendance are required to remain in the role and to be promoted into a CNA position at the end of the program.

Weekend scheduling varies by location and staffing needs.
