Back Office Medical Assistant – OBGYN Clinic

Location: Lewisville, TX

Schedule: Full‑Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

About the Role

Our OBGYN clinic in Lewisville is looking for a compassionate, detail‑oriented Back Office Medical Assistant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on patient care, a steady Monday–Friday schedule, and a supportive clinical environment.

You’ll work closely with our providers to support women’s health across all stages—annual exams, prenatal care, postpartum visits, and gynecologic procedures. If you love patient interaction and thrive in a fast‑paced clinic, this could be a wonderful fit.

What You’ll DoRoom patients and obtain vitals, medical history, and chief complaintsAssist providers with exams and in‑office proceduresPrepare exam rooms and maintain clinical suppliesPerform phlebotomy, injections, and point‑of‑care testingHandle specimen collection and lab processingSupport prenatal visits and patient educationMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMREnsure smooth patient flow throughout the dayProvide compassionate, professional care to patients and familiesWhat We’re Looking ForMedical Assistant experience required (OBGYN experience preferred but not required)Strong clinical skills and comfort with hands‑on patient careExcellent communication, professionalism, and patient‑centered approachAbility to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinicReliable, team‑oriented, and eager to learnSchedule & BenefitsMonday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PMNo nights, weekends, or major holidaysSupportive team environmentCompetitive pay based on experienceFull benefits package available

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lewisville, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
