**The Opportunity**
CBRE is the world’s leading commercial real estate services firm. We are seeking a motivated and people-focused Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of Gungahlin Village – a thriving retail hub in the heart of Gungahlin.
This is a part-time role (22.5 hours per week) with flexibility on days and times – ideal for someone looking to balance professional growth with personal commitments.
You will ensure smooth centre operations, deliver an exceptional customer experience, build strong tenant relationships, and work closely with the property management team to achieve performance outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
+ Manage the day-to-day operations of Gungahlin Village to ensure a safe, well-presented and welcoming environment.
+ Build and maintain strong tenant and stakeholder relationships.
+ Coordinate maintenance, contractors and compliance requirements.
+ Support marketing and community engagement initiatives for the centre.
+ Monitor budgets, financial performance, and operational reporting.
**What We’re Looking For**
+ Previous experience in shopping centre management, facilities management or retail operations.
+ Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
+ Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail.
+ A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to work independently.
