The **Central Plant Engineering Manager** will be responsible for managing, directing, coordinating, and controlling the hotel’s central plant operations. Tasks will include but not limited to the following: § Using the hotel’s building automation system (Desigo) for adjustments with hotel temperatures and mechanical equipment. § Diagnose, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on systems and equipment. § Utilization of the hotel’s service request system (HotSOS), ensure request are completed in a timely manner. § Follow up on the status of work performed by outside vendors. § Monitor and provide reports/updates on a daily basis regarding team’s work status. § Perform daily inspections of central plant equipment & mechanical spaces.
