Center Operations Supervisor

A Center Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily operations within a specific center, ensuring smooth workflow, staff performance, and adherence to policies and procedures. They manage staff, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:Supervision and Management: Supervise and train staff, manage performance, and address any issues that arise. Workflow Optimization: Monitor workflows, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze performance data, track KPIs, and generate reports to assess operational effectiveness. Compliance: Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, safety regulations, and industry standards. Budget Management: Manage and track the center's budget, identify cost-saving measures, and ensure financial accountability. Problem Solving: Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns as needed. Communication: Facilitate communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments. Facility Management: Maintain the center's cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive patient experience and contribute to the overall center's mission. New Initiative Implementation: Champion and support the implementation of new initiatives and services.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$43,888.00 - $76,500.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
