**Job Title:** Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS) and Assurance Advisor
**Location:** Calgary, AB
Our client is seeking an Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS) and Assurance Advisor to join their team. As an Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS) and Assurance Advisor, you will be part of the operational support team supporting corporate and entity level initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Description:**
+ Support the effective implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the OIMS across the organization.
+ Evaluate and enhance the interconnectedness of OIMS elements and H&S programs to ensure consistency and usability.
+ Lead development, review, and updates of standards, procedures, and supporting documentation related to OIMS and H&S competency programs.
+ Conduct assessments and deep dives to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements within entities.
+ Build organizational capability through coaching, training, and practical guidance to support conformance and high-quality execution.
**Qualifications:**
+ Minimum of 12-15+ years of industry experience in management systems or related fields.
+ Formal training or certification in management systems or auditing (e.g., ISO 9001 or equivalent).
+ Experience in conducting assessments, gap analysis, and developing corrective actions.
+ Strong project management skills with the ability to lead or support system improvements.
+ Excellent data interpretation skills and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
