Join a fast‑paced, highly collaborative GMP team where your expertise in cell‑based assays, ELISAs, and 96‑well plate workflows is front and center. You’ll lead daily operations for a large, dynamic group, support method qualification, and be a visible technical resource during audits and client interactions. Key Responsibilities
Assay Execution
• Perform cell‑based assays, ligand‑binding ELISAs, Lumit assays, and cell‑death assays
• Plate cells, prepare dilutions, and execute 96‑well plate workflows with precision
• Apply strong multi‑channel pipetting technique in a GMP‑regulated environment
Method Support
• Support qualification and transfer of analytical test methods
• Ensure assays are executed consistently and meet GMP expectations
Documentation & Compliance
• Record all work in lab notebooks/e‑notebooks with a strict documentation mindset
• Verify data integrity and report results through electronic systems
• Maintain audit‑ready records and respond confidently to audit questions
Team Leadership
• Coach and develop team members across a large (13‑person) group
• Coordinate daily workflow, monitor task completion, and ensure TAT expectations are met
• Manage training records, performance reviews, and day‑to‑day team operations
Strategic Collaboration
• Work closely with leadership, peers, and clients to support business goals
• Collaborate constantly with cross‑functional teams — this is a high‑visibility, highly interactive role
• Help resolve lab issues quickly and professionally, often on the spot
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field4+ years of hands‑on industry lab experience (GMP required; academic‑only backgrounds are not a fit)Strong technical background in cell‑based assays, reporter‑gene assays, ELISAs, 96‑well plate workflows, multi‑channel pipetting, cell culture, cell counting, and cell bankingLeadership & Collaboration
