What You’ll Do:

Support all administrative duties within the departmentOrganize logistics, including shipping (both international and domestic) & local messengersMaintain Celebrity & Influencer closet sections, ensuring clean and organized areas Coordinate with Celebrity Assistant & Influencer Coordinator in regards to requested look/sample availability; assist with pulling samplesFielding incoming & outgoing samples, keeping detailed records of loan outs (The Vault)Support gifting initiatives within the department Event preparation for fashion shows, brand celebrations, and more

You’ll Need to Have:

Entry-level, ready to break into the fashion industry with relevant industry internship experience Ability to work in NYC office 4 to 5 days a weekProficient in Microsoft Office & Google DrivePop culture and social media savvy, in the know of current trends across social media and celebrity

45,000.00 - 55,000.00 USD
