Our client, a leading technology organization focused on innovative R&D and infrastructure development, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Facilities Support team supporting the maintenance and operation of critical building systems. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** CE Facility Support Engineer - Electrical 3
**Location:** Puget Sound, WA
**Duartion:** 6+ Months on W2
**M-F, 40hrs/week**
**Pay Range:** $45 - $50/hour **+ Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Enrollment, 401K Saving Options, 15 days of PTO & weekly pay.**
**What's the Job?**
+ Perform quality inspections on HVAC, plumbing, low voltage, and air conditioning systems
+ Supporting launch and operation of two new Microsoft test facilities, consolidating labs, and handling AI-related server infrastructure, rack, power, and cooling projects
+ Install, service, and maintain network/server racks, cabinets, and related systems
+ Maintain sound, video, fiber optic, telephone, and data systems
+ Operate and monitor heavy machinery such as forklifts when necessary
+ Respond promptly to security and safety issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards
**What's Needed?**
+ Valid Washington State 06 license (Limited Energy Systems)
+ High school diploma or equivalent; technical coursework is a plus
+ Minimum of 5 years experience installing and maintaining network and telecommunication equipment
+ Strong organizational and documentation skills
+ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
