**IMMEDIATE opening for a CDL Driver in Malvern, PA!!! ***WEEKLY PAY***** Job Description This position involves loading and unloading equipment onto trucks, and requires a CDL Class A license. The role demands a high level of comfort with operating machines and ensuring they are 100% ready for operation. The candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting, familiarization with equipment, safety measures, and securing machines. Responsibilities + Operate and ensure machines are ready and secure for transport. + Load and unload equipment, ensuring all safety and troubleshooting protocols are followed. + Conduct a liability review and manage job site situations, ensuring readiness before arrival. + Communicate effectively with job site contacts to gather necessary information. + Recover machines safely, including plans for dragging, winching, and managing oil leaks. + Perform equipment return procedures, including red tagging, damage review with photos, and ticket submission. + Follow specific dos and don'ts related to equipment handling and customer interactions. + Adhere to driving regulations and improve vehicle handling, including backing up and lane discipline. + Maintain productivity by improving loading efficiency and urgency for pickups and deliveries. Essential Skills + MUST HAVE *Knowledge of aerial equipment is crucial* + Experience and training in gas/LP fuel, diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems. + Experience in electronic troubleshooting. + Ability to work at heights up to 120 feet. + Working knowledge of email and smartphone technology. + Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Hours: Monday-Friday 5:30am-1:30pm The facility is not temperature-controlled, and working hours are from 5:30 AM to 1:30 PM, with flexibility to work a 40-hour week.
