Job Title: CDL Driver

Job Description

This position requires a skilled CDL driver responsible for operating one or two types of commercial motorized dump trucks. The role involves hauling and dumping gravel, asphalt, and other construction materials to and from sites. Responsibilities include building loads for deliveries, maintaining a safe and organized work environment, loading and unloading equipment/materials, and ensuring quality control and safe operations at all times.

ResponsibilitiesSafely operate commercial motorized vehicle dump trucks for hauling and dumping construction materials.Build loads for deliveries and maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment.Load and unload equipment/materials ensuring quality control and safe operations.Ensure trailers are properly loaded concerning weight, width, and height and strap down loads securely.Ensure trucks have proper and current inspections and comply with all D.O.T. requirements.Essential SkillsClass A or B CDL driving experience in hauling and dumping gravel, asphalt, and other construction materials.Experience in strapping down loads and ensuring trailers are properly loaded.Compliance with D.O.T. requirements.1-5 years of experience working in the construction industry as a CDL Class A or B Driver.

Work Environment

The position operates from Monday to Friday with a standard start time of 7 AM. The work environment demands adherence to safety protocols and involves handling construction materials.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent, long-term position based out of Plum, PA. Travel will all be relatively local.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.
